Once HISA comes into effect, Covered Persons (which includes Racetracks) will need to comply with the HISA Rules (“the Rules”).
As one element of that compliance, Racetracks will need to demonstrate to HISA that they are observing the Rules. That evidence of compliance can be provided in whichever form Racetracks choose, so long as it can be verified. HISA has developed the listed documents below to help Racetracks organize and present their evidence of accreditation compliance. You are invited to use and rely on these documents if you find them helpful, and even to modify them as you wish, but you are not obligated to use them.
The list of documents also includes valuable information for Covered Persons other than Racetracks. We hope you will use these resources to increase your understanding of the Rules and the activities that will promote continued compliance with the Rules.
